Nanyang Black Coffee is traditional coffee in Malaysia. It is commonly served with sugar and can be found in almost every Kopitiam in Malaysia. 

The term kopitiam in Malaysia is usually referred specifically to Malaysian Chinese coffee shops and the term Kopi-O means Black Coffee with sugar (without milk). 

In early time Malaysian Chinese use the Robusta Coffee roasted with sugar, oil under high heat to caramelise the beans and pronounce its flavours.

Our product is Wood Roasted Black Coffee which is from a slow pace village where the coffee roaster still maintain traditional way to roast the coffee with high quality pure Ghee and deliver their respective quality to the brew. 

Ingredient: Wood Roasted Robusta Coffee with Pure Ghee and White Sesame

No preservative

No artificial flavouring.   

How to brew?

1) Place 1 bag of coffee in one cup. 

2) Pour in 200ml boling water.

3) Wait for 4-5 minutes. (The coffee aroma will be stronger if soak longer.) 

4) Add in sugar or milk according to your preference taste. 


南洋黑咖啡是大马人的传统黑咖啡。南洋黑咖啡在传统咖啡店里都随处可见, 通常会加糖或炼奶一起喝。

其特色在于炒咖啡豆时加入的黄油,糖而产生厚重与醇香的风味。 

咖啡烏(KOPI O)在福建話中意指「烏咖啡」,也就是黑咖啡。

南洋柴燒黑咖啡是来自大马一个小镇。咖啡廠家依然坚持传统柴烧烘培的同時還採用上等純正酥油烘培。

沖泡法: 

1) 先將一小袋黑咖啡置入杯子裡。

2)注入200毫升的熱水

3) 浸泡約4-5分鐘。浸泡時間越長,咖啡就更香濃。

4) 取出咖啡袋後依據個人喜好加入糖或奶。
