Cooking Instructions
Stirred Noodle :
1.Pour in water and bring to a boil,add Guan Miao noodles, bring to a boil again,simmer over low heat for 3 minutes then drain of water.
2.Stir with favored sauce such as sesame sauce, sate sauce or oyster sauce, add with cooked vegetables, meat or seafood,serve.
Noodle soup :
1.Pour in water and bring to a boil ,add Guan Miao noodles, bring to a boil again,simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.
2.Add seasoning and flavoured vegetable,meat or seafood , bring to a boil again, serve.
